Park Capital Holdings has set out to provide generational wealth to families who understand long-term investing and the power of compound growth. We understand many individuals get consumed by their careers and operational business’s. As a result, they may miss opportunities to invest in other spaces due to time constraints. We aim to narrow the window of missed opportunities by investing for them.

Meet Our Founders:
Parm Johal
Parm Johal has over 10 years of real estate experience. He currently manages a growing real estate portfolio of 5 million dollars. He has experience in complete rehabs, ground-up construction, commercial retail development, experience working with nonprofit and government agencies, has held a planning commission seat in his local town, and is always interested in learning and growing. Parm earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Fresno Pacific. Coming from a family of immigrants that had to work hard to earn and build equity, Parm firmly understands the power of having and retaining equity above all else.
Harpreet Dhaliwal
Harpreet Dhaliwal has obtained over 6 years of experience in the financial industry specializing in real estate. Harpreet graduated with the highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Texas at Dallas with his B.S in Finance. He later decided to pursue higher education at the University of Texas at Dallas and was rewarded his Masters Degree in Data Science. Being an extremely-driven individual, Harpreet has been working endlessly for the past 3 years to be able to put himself in this position where he could successfully launch his own Private Equity Firm. He believed he would possess a competitive advantage if he not only mastered financial principles, but also became an expert in using technology to create sophisticated algorithms leveraging machine learning to enable strong financial decision making. Harpreet has worked for a Forbes Fortune 25 company for the past 2 years gaining vast experience in Multifamily Real Estate assisting on transactions over $2.8 billion dollars. Aside from his corporate career, Harpreet has amassed a real estate portfolio valuing over $5 million dollars. This has allowed him to have exposure to creative financing, rehabilitations, and stabilizations.
